Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Cost

Flat-rate shipping at checkout, and free US shipping on orders over $50.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and carrier.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated or your package seems lost, email directvaluegoods@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered it incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.
