Where we ship

We ship all over the world. That means the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and more.

Cost

Shipping is $4.95. Orders over $60 ship free. These prices are in US dollars. If you order from another country, you will see both amounts in your own money at checkout.

Order processing & delivery

We're a new brand building out our fulfillment, so orders are currently taking a little longer than they will once we're at full speed. Most orders are arriving within 5–20 days from the time you place them, depending on your location and carrier. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as yours ships, and we're working hard to bring this window down. Thank you for your patience with a founding-batch order.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated or your package seems lost, email jacob@witsbrand.com and we will make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered it incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.
